She then asked us what it is we wanted? Are you kidding me? You really need customers to tell you what you ought to be doing? They even tried to hide behind the Covid one! It clearly didn't have any impact on other tables around us that arrived after us who had ordered their food or drink? We arrived promptly for the booking and we were left 30 mins for a drink order and after an hour without a sight of a menu I asked to speak to the supervisor who invited us back to clarify if this was their idea of redemption? At this point she immediately turned defensive and continued to be rude to other members of the party who were obviously a little disgruntled by the utter lack of service and hospitality. I emailed in as I thought they ought to know just how poor this experience really was and to be fair, they offered us another chance to visit and an opportunity for them to redeem themselves. Next Level? You're right there, this place is the next level of poor! We initially booked a table around 5-6wks ago and we sat for 45min+ with no drinks of food order taken so when I entered the bar area and complained they were just rude so I told them that was it and we were leaving! The bar supervisor replied with Ok, see you! priceless.
